Claw Cade

Claw Cade, inside Bush Inn Centre, is a newly opened arcade giving Upper Riccarton families classic arcade fun with a focus on simple, nostalgic gaming and friendly competition.

What Claw Cade offers Upper Riccarton families

The arcade brings a straightforward, old-school gaming experience to Bush Inn Centre, appealing to families wanting a quick, low cost entertainment stop rather than a large-scale activity venue. Given its position inside the wider shopping centre, Claw Cade suits a short visit during a wider shopping trip, whether as a reward for children after other errands or a quick distraction while other family members finish shopping nearby.

As one of Bush Inn Centre’s newer additions, Claw Cade adds to the centre’s own growing entertainment offering alongside Ninja Valley, giving families more than one indoor activity option within the same complex. The nostalgic, classic arcade format tends to appeal across a wide age range, from children experiencing arcade games for the first time through to parents remembering games from their own childhood.

Visiting Claw Cade

Given the arcade’s own recent opening, families are encouraged to check current hours directly, since these generally align with the wider Bush Inn Centre trading hours. As a smaller, informal entertainment stop, no booking is required for a casual visit.

For more on entertainment options across Upper Riccarton, see our Photography, Parties & Entertainment page, and our Upper Riccarton suburb page for the fuller local picture. You can also visit the Claw Cade page on the Bush Inn Centre website directly for current information.

Families comparing Claw Cade against a larger entertainment venue like Ninja Valley may find it a better fit for a shorter, more casual visit rather than a full afternoon activity.

Given the arcade’s own recent arrival at Bush Inn Centre, families are encouraged to check its current game selection and pricing directly, since a newer venue’s offering can continue to develop as it settles in.

Families with children of different ages often find the simple, classic game format easy for younger kids to understand without needing complicated instructions.

The arcade’s own position within Bush Inn Centre makes it easy to combine with a wider family shopping trip on the same day.
