Game Over Pakuranga

Game Over Pakuranga, inside Pakuranga Plaza, opened as Auckland’s biggest indoor entertainment venue, bringing multi-level go karts, laser tag, mini golf, bowling and an arcade all under one roof in the heart of the suburb.

What Game Over Pakuranga offers local families

The venue features electric go karts, with junior karts suited to children aged 7 to 12 and formula e-karts for teenagers and adults, giving families with a mix of ages something everyone can take part in. A Jurassic themed 12 hole mini putt course and a Safari themed laser tag arena add further variety, alongside Ninja City and bowling lanes, meaning a single visit can fill an entire afternoon without repeating the same activity twice. The arcade rounds out the venue with games ranging from claw machines through to prize redemption games, keeping both kids and adults entertained.

Game Over is specifically set up to host birthday parties, corporate events, and group celebrations, with combo deals available for families wanting to combine several activities in one visit at better value than booking each separately. Reviews of the wider Game Over brand describe helpful, cordial staff and describe the venue as a properly good option for both adult and kids’ birthday parties.

Visiting Game Over Pakuranga

As a newly opened venue, Game Over Pakuranga currently operates on a walk-in basis, with a dedicated booking website still being developed specifically for this location. Families planning a larger group booking, especially for a birthday party, are encouraged to contact the venue directly or check its Facebook page for current booking arrangements.

Given its position inside Pakuranga Plaza, a visit pairs naturally with other errands or a meal at Porterhouse Grill in the same mall.

For more on parties and entertainment options across Pakuranga, see our Photography, Parties & Entertainment page, and our Pakuranga suburb page for the fuller local picture. You can also visit the Game Over Pakuranga listing for current updates.

Families comparing this against a smaller, single-activity party venue may find the combo deals here offer better value when several children want different activities on the same visit.

Given the venue only recently opened in Pakuranga, families are encouraged to check its Facebook page for the latest updates on hours and booking options as these continue to be finalised.
